The subdivision design layout will have all the provisions for road access corridors and common areas with allocation for utility installation including the drainage reserve in the shoulder.
We provide the necessary road design, longitudinal and vertical design with cross-sections at regular intervals to facilitate the construction of the access road systems, along with the cut-and-fill requirements for the earth works. As part of our subdivision design solution, we provide the necessary drainage design, gully pit and manhole location details and associated on site detention facilities.
The road design cross-sections are then supplemented by standard kerb and gutter details. This is followed by the necessary pavement design with specification for each layer of pavement build-up, including the bitumen surface finish according to your unique requirements.
Once the pavement design is complete, we then provide the appropriate car parking and lane configuration design with auto tun turning circle design followed by the appropriate line marking.
