Aged Care Facilities
In recent years, aged homes and retirement villages have become some of our best clients. As consulting engineers, we have been involved in the construction of large aged care developments such as the Maronite Sisters aged care facility, a project that took over 2 years to complete.

Our engineering services have included the design of the initial building, construction supervision and inspection of the main stages for certification, advice during construction, the design of alterations and assisting with project management issues.

Schools
We have a long list of private schools that regularly approach us for structural advice on renovations, additions, extensions and refurbishment or addition of recreational areas such as tennis courts or swimming pools. This service begins with the structural design and documentation of the proposed works, followed by inspections at various stages of construction, supervision and construction advice to the contractors. Government schools go through the Government Tendering Process, and as such are not our direct clients.

Other Public Infrastructure
Our work has encompassed initial design and complex modifications, such as the raising of large roofs for places of worship such as the Helensburgh Hindu Temple, as well as assembly halls and other public facilities.
