Bridge Inspection & Maintenance Co-ordination Program, Zimbabwe

• Implementation of bridge maintenance program, spanning over 900 bridges including set-up of asset management systems and the training of over 100 bridge maintenance personnel in all 8 provinces of Zimbabwe.

Bridge Replacement & Upgrading Project (AusAID), Papua New Guinea

• Implementation of bridge maintenance program, including set-up of asset management systems and the training of over 65 bridge maintenance personnel, spanning 16 out of the 19 provinces in Papua New Guinea.

Asset Management

• Bridge maintenance planning and strategy development for the 800 bridges in the Northern region of New South Wales

Minor Projects

• Development and delivery of bridge repair, replacement and rehabilitation projects, spanning the entire state of South Australia
